2 Victorian antique wood chair with woven cane seat, open sides and hip rests (1830 - 1900) Antique, low armed (styled for ladies' dresses) dining chairs with refinished cane woven seats.
Excellent condition for it's age.
Very sturdy, had been used as a family display piece rather than regular chair.
Cane is immaculate but one chair Has a small hole in the caning Please zoom in on pics to see Pictures detail the woodwork design and burled walnut insets that highlight their Victorian elegance with the burl inset carved into headrest hand tied cane seat turned spindle back turned front legs constructed of solid hardwood- mahogany look adult size no maker tag, Eastlake Wood has a beautiful patina.
