RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Book client meetings, conduct a needs analysis, present a unique financial solution
• Guide clients through a remote application, qualification, and approval process
• Maintain ongoing client relationships
• Actively invest in personal and professional development
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must hold an active state producer license, OR be willing to complete an online course in 14-days to obtain one
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professional integrity, as well as a strong desire to win
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and focus on solutions vs obstacles
COMPENSATION:
• 1099 Independent Contractor – uncapped commissions
• Full-Time average annual earnings: $80K - $120K
• Part-Time average annual earnings: $40K - $60K
