Hiring - Computer help (Torrington)

Looking for someone to repair OR just recover HARDDRIVE from my ACER computer.
Screen on computer will NOT come on.
Had it checked bur was told he could not fix OR recover harddrive.
If u r confident u can at least recove harddrive, please reply.
