Rocky Hill Customer Service Representative

Customer service will deal with customers by taking orders over the phone, in person, and processing orders online.
They also are involved with dipping a variety of fruits for bouquets and dipped fruit boxes.
They eventually will also learn how to cut up fruit and make up the fruit bouquets- no worries, we will train you- no experience necessary! *HOLIDAYS ARE MANDATORY.

*Responsibilities* * Manage large amounts of incoming calls * Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction * Take the extra mile to engage customers * Do the dipping for arrangements and dipped fruit boxes * Maintaining a clean and organized store * Learn how to cut up and make fruit bouquets * Unpacking and putting products on shelves *Skills* * Dependable and reliable * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * High school degree Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.
