Working as a Parking Team Member is the perfect way to gain valuable customer service, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities: Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer experience Direct vehicles towards their designated parking spot Conduct transactions while ensuring all handling procedures are followed – including credit and refund transactions, loss prevention Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests Monitor all areas of the parking lot and report any conflicts to the lead and/or supervisor Other duties as assigned to support the park Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills, ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns Strong communications skills with a complete understanding of the English language Must have flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends Working Conditions: Requires standing for long periods and walking long distances within the park Exposure to the variable outside and inside temperatures, including high heat and cold temperatures Occasional bending, squatting and reaching above shoulders Team member benefits: Working at Lake Compounce is about making people happy.
