Daily Tasks
Handle incoming phone calls and emails from customers
Provide accurate and helpful information about our services
Assist customers with scheduling pickups and deliveries
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Identify opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and make suggestions to management
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
