Residential Advisors needed for shifts that include evening, weekend and overnight.
Support residential students to ensure a safe, clean and structured living environment that fosters student retention, achievement and success.
Guide students as they develop important independent living skills: waking up on time, showering, maintaining living quarters, arriving to class on time, doing laundry, completing homework, participating in recreational activities.
Use sound judgment and discretion to resolve student issues and concerns.
Provide individualized case management to maintain student enrollment and success in the program.
Participate in seasonal cleaning and redecorating activities.
The successful candidate will be mature, well-organized, and set a good example.
Because the DOL classifies Res staff as essential workers, RAs must arrive to work on time (including snow days), be awake during the entire shift, and communicate absences well ahead of scheduled start times.
Collaboration and clear communication are essential.
Two paid breaks and hour unpaid meal break.

HS or equivalent.
Some college or post-high school studies preferred.
One year of experience working with teens or young adults.
Valid driver's license w/good driving record.
