Seeking land for the purposes of hunting.
I am a licensed hunter in the State of CT with many years of experience.
I am also a veteran of the US Army.
I have a terrific track record of being a safe, ethical hunter in the state forests and public hunting areas.
Public land is not always conducive to hunting, and I am willing to share harvest with the owner of the land.
Already have someone that hunts your land for whitetail deer? No problem, I hunt everything.
Coyote problem on your farm? I will take care of it.
Squirrels causing damage to your barns or house? I'll take them as well.
Species I'm looking to harvest include but are not limited to: Rabbit, Squirrel, Deer, Turkey, Coyote, Raccoon, Possum, Fox, Pheasant, Quail, Woodcock, Duck, Goose, Pigeon.
Ideally, I am looking for 10+ acre parcels so that I can use a firearm (CT State Law), but I am a proficient bow hunter as well, if you have a smaller parcel there is no minimum acreage requirement for bowhunting, but each situation will be different, and depending on how urban the area is it may be better to seek a different option, like trapping, to remediate animal problems.
I provide all my own gear, will handle the butchering and as stated previously, am more than willing to share harvest with land owners.
I am planning on purchasing a trapping license soon as well, so if you need services such as Beaver remediation that can be discussed as well.
I am also very knowledgeable regarding hunting laws and how to fill out landowner permits, if you have questions we can discuss in person while we walk the property line.
Hunts will always be scheduled, I will never show up unannounced.
