Rogin Nassau LLC, a midsized Hartford area law firm has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a professional office environment.
S/he will provide general administrative support including copying, scanning, and filing, maintaining files, answering phones, preparing and editing documents, and assisting department paralegals and attorneys with assignments as needed.
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
A desire to learn is essential.
