Medical Assistant Technician

*Job description* Retina Consultants is seeking experienced medical assistants needed for our busy, eight provider ophthalmology offices.
Ophthalmology knowledge is a plus, but training is provided on the job.
Candidates will have opportunities to grow and cross-train within different clinical departments in the practice, from initial patient history, to diagnostic imaging and assisting our physicians during exams and procedures.
*Key Tasks Include, but are not limited to:* · Chief complaints · Input Medical/ Surgical History · Check Visual Acuity · Check Intraocular Pressure · EMR Charting *Job Type:* · Full-time *Salary:* · $18+ per hour based on experience *Location:* · 5 Offices throughout Connecticut- travel is required based on staff schedule.
