is seeking an experienced, professional Dental Receptionist/Assistant for a full time opportunity in our Dental Department.
Reporting to the Clinical Director of Dental, the Dental Receptionist/Assistant is the face of our department and provides excellent customer service and patient care.
The successful candidate will:
* Have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience
* Have a high degree of comfort with electronic medical records systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* One (1) year of experience in a medical setting or healthcare insurance organization OR two (2) years of experience in a customer service OR a diploma or certificate in a clinical training program such as a medical, dental, or certified nursing assisting program
* Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish and English are strongly preferred.
