Position Summary
The Business Analytics Advisor role is the primary contact for research of patient, prescriber and process trends and patterns to enhance the experience of all parties involved and help determine actions needed based on data analysis.
Essential Functions
Analyze and report to leadership on client trends based on data
Track patient/prescriber cases for possible improvement in the process
Deep dive in data into specific payer/drug cases to improve future cases
Create summary reports and possible actions for leadership
Understand operational process flow to summarize research findings
Utilize critical thinking skills based on research findings
Work independently while using internal and external resources
Qualifications
Excellent PC skills and proficient in Microsoft services (i.
e.
, Word, Excel, Visio and Project).
Proven organizational skills with the ability to develop a detailed work plan to ensure project success.
Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong requirements elicitation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
