Position Summary: The Senior Analyst, Health Care Quality Management supports the robust HEDIS education strategy across the organization.
The role focuses on delivering innovative learning solutions to benefit the HEDIS team.
The successful candidate will be able to improve health care quality products, services and processes · Prioritize and offer recommendations for the design, development and implementation of HEDIS educational strategy · Support onboarding and intake of multiple database platforms for transparent communication · Educate colleagues on proper documentation standards based on HEDIS Technical Specifications · Evaluate programs using feedback from participants and data to drive decisions · Support onboarding new colleagues preparing them for their roles within the organization · Drive HEDIS educational opportunities to foster key strategic learning and training projects · Collaborate and drive colleague centric learning and efficiencies across teams · Ensure educational objectives of the team are achieved and success documented · Create curriculum for role-related content and skills and professional development · Create, maintain, update and distribute resources (both internal and external) to support various needs of stakeholders within and outside of NQM HEDIS team.
Required Qualifications: · 4+ years of related experience in Quality Management / HEDIS · 2+ years of experience in a metrics driven and deadline driven environment · 2+ years of experience planning, organizing, and executing multiple functional business objectives Preferred Qualifications: · Advanced skill level with MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook · 3+ years delivering HEDIS education strategies to individuals and groups · Demonstrated business acumen, professional communication skills both written and verbal EDUCATION: · Associate degree or equivalent experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,700.
00 - $105,100.
00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
