Dog-friendly room wanted for late December (Hartford County)

Hi my name is Will and I'm posting this listing on behalf of partner/girlfriend, Heather.
She's 53.
Doesn't drink or smoke.
Is super friendly and very considerate.
She currently lives in Windsor Locks and works as a nurse in Bloomfield.
She asked if I could help her look for a place.
It's a place for her not for me.
Anyways her budget is 800 to 900 with everything included.
She's looking for a dog-friendly place where people absolutely love dogs.
She has 2 small dachshunds who are crate/house trained.
They're female and male.
And a place that's a smoke-free environment.
She prefers a place with no cats if possible.
Shes also looking for/prefers a room that's also unfurnished and at least 12x12 or larger due to her queen sized bed, large dog crate and other furniture.
Shes also looking for a place that is ok with overnight guests as I am the only person who stays with her a few nights a week but based on her work schedule.

If anyone has a place they can offer that matches what she's looking for please contact me with via messaging.
She's looking to move hopefully by late Dec or close to January because she has to give her roommate at least or about 30 days notice so please keep that in mind.
And please be within 10 to 20 mins of her work also due to her dogs.

I consider any number that isnt a Connecticut number to be either fake or a scam.
I know because I've gotten plenty of them.
I know what to look for.
Lastly if you're a scammer, have bad communication and take forever to reply back to people, or you're a liar and say you'll do something but then don't, or you have multiple people lined up to see a room you're trying to offer her, DO NOT CONTACT ME AND WASTE MY TIME OR HERS.
She is looking for a place she can either have right away if she likes everything or at least put a deposit down to take the room.
Shes not interested in being in a 'line up' of people to look at a room.
