As a Retail Sales Associate at *FTP Enterprise*, you will play a pivotal role in embodying our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries, in a professional and courteous manner * Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products specialized to their individualized preferences * Processing transactions accurately and recording account details appropriately and in accordance with compliance guidelines * Participating in promotional and sales activities, upselling when needed, and closing sales efficiently We are not just about making sales; we are about building relationships with our customers, creating long-lasting brand loyalty, and ensuring the customer leaves with products that genuinely meet their needs.
