be/0BNeIe0QnVw The Machine is a Bridgeport outfitted with MACH 4 Control heavy duty CNC mill.
Base machine was torn down cleaned and painted.
All parts were examined and repaired/replaced as necessary in the Head.
We removed the table and flushed out the oil lines checked out all the injectors replaced where needed, made sure we have good oil flow.
Then the mill was upgraded to Mach4 with a new computer numeric control.
Machine was wired and tested then a new electrical drawing was made with all the new components.
With new style stepper motors and new drives we are able to get to tenths VFD for spindle speed control Installed way covers for the ( Y axis ) Thorough inspection of all electrics Then the mill was tested.
This machine is under full power .
