Role Overview:
Join our Global Operations Finance team to make an impact and help deliver on our Company commitments by developing global processes to sustain flexibility as the business needs change.
The Director, Field Operations Finance will partner and work closely with cross-functional Global leaders and local operating entities to understand the trends in the business and identify opportunities for driving financial performance in the Service segment.
The scope of the role spans across all facets of the Service Field performance, from maintenance portfolio growth to pricing and cost management in order to deliver P&L results.
Essential Responsibilities: Partner with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and initiatives to enable achievement of business targets within the Service segment Financial analysis and forecasting of the Service segment P&L, deep dives, reporting and presentation of results and actions required to achieve financial commitments and support leadership decisions Analyze Maintenance margins results and drivers (e.
g.
cost, pricing, mix, efficiency) to identify gaps as well as best practices across our operating units Facilitate the forecasting and analysis of Otis' maintenance portfolio and key metrics for cancellations, retentions, recaptures Partner with IoT (Otis ONE) global and regional teams to help optimize program results, ensure KPIs/performance is visible through financial reporting and align business case assumptions across regions Finance partner for Field related investments and business reviews Ad hoc analysis, deep dives at operating unit level as we look for new ways to analyze the business to drive growth and improve processes Requirements 8+ years of related finance experience preferred Excellent organizational skills and a focus on continuous improvement Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A demonstrated attention to detail Ability to deal with all levels of a global organization and adapt to a fast-paced environment If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
