Operation Manager, Injection Molding – Precision Plastic Products Inc.
Full time position Monday – Thursday 8-4:30pm, Friday 8-3pm Requirements: * Minimum 7 years of experience in plastics industry project management or injection molding and quality initiatives.
* Solid foundation of technical knowledge of custom molding.
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project, basic CAD skills * Strong communication skills are essential to interact across various departments within the company and engage effectively with customers.
* Coordinate and schedule tasks ensuring timely project completion.
* Develop, deploy, and maintain standard operating procedures throughout factory floor.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
* Communicates with purchasing for any material or component shortages.
* Works with the process engineering team to schedule trials.
* Analyze and appraise effectiveness of all operations and provide operational guidance to implement solutions.
Job Description * Manage manufacturing operations for a custom injection molder and mold builder.
* Direct and coordinate facility activities.
* Mentor employees in manufacturing techniques, operational planning, and subordinate interaction.
* Develop, deploy, and maintain standard operating procedures throughout factory floor.
* Provide operational guidance for Production, Quality, Materials, and Shipping & Receiving activities.
* Ensure departmental performance objectives are achieved.
* Implement strategies to increase process efficiencies, productivity, and profitability.
Benefits: * Pay: $85,756.
