Construction Field Worker Responsibilities:
* Follow instructions from construction supervisors
* Clean the construction site and equipment
* Asphalt shoveling and raking
* Assist with Hot Asphalt crackfiling machine
* Light carpentry
* Facility repairs.

* Prepare construction sites, materials, and tools
* Mix, pour, and level concrete and asphalt
* Assist with the transport and operation of equipment of equipment and heavy machinery
* Follow safety and health protocols and regulations
* Load and unload building materials, tools and equipment
* Clean the construction site by sweeping and shoveling
* Assist contractors as required
* Willingness to undertake training if necessary
* Use construction tools, power tools, and heavy construction tools to complete construction projects
* Drive vehicles to and from construction site
* Handle the physical demands of job, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds
* Work well independently and with a team
