We are looking for experienced mold makers
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in the manufacturing industry.
*Mold maker responsibilities:*
* A Mold Maker *creates, adjusts, inspects, maintains, and repairs molds and production equipment*.
They use various machines, such as lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and jig borders.
* A mold technician, also referred to as a machine operator or tender, uses manufacturing equipment to shape metal or plastic components for products.
Your duties as a mold technician are to *operate, calibrate, and maintain machinery, as well as inspect finished products to ensure quality work*.
* Maintains tools and gages in proper working order.
* Uses tool drawings, operation sheets, and part prints to build and design tools.
* Runs production equipment when required.
* Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques to maximize the effective manufacture of distribution of goods.
