Job Summary Overview: Sales estimator/project manager responsibilities include opening accounts, taking customer phone calls and service requests.
Development of relationships with a diverse range of customers.
Set job schedule for technicians.
Manage existing projects and create new project estimates.
*Responsibilities:* * *Sell services over the phone and in person* * Follow up on potential projects and maintain constant communication with customers and technicians * manage customer complaints, request, and issues * Educating prospective clients on products and services * Resolve client inquiries and complaints * Maintain records or client contact information * Calling and converting leads into service calls * Making technician schedules * Managing company's social media * Perform other administrative duties as assigned *Qualifications:* * Prefered experience in the following industries HVAC Air Duct Cleaning/repair/ maintenance.
* Commercial plan reading capabilities * Proven experience as a Sales Rep, Front office manager or Administrative assistant (3yrs preferred) * Strong negotiation skills and ability to build a rapport with clients * Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and social media * Hands on experience with office machines (e.
g.
fax machines and printers) * Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang * Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and planning skills * A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,000.
