2nd shift Utility Worker
SUMMARY
Coordinates movement of parts through inspection operations and back into production based on immediate priorities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following.
· Blue Light Scanning, CMM Operator, Shot Peen Operator
· Basic inspection equipment – calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.
· Receiving inspection, a plus
· Moves parts through operations to next operations, communication with other departments as needed.
· Identifies anomalies and makes every effort to solve issues (missing parts, missing paperwork, misplaced orders, etc.
).
· Supports other PC functions (such as locating and identifying orders as needed, etc…).
· Able to lift 25 lbs.

· Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

REASONING ABILITY:
Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
