Rent to Own/ Owner Finance Option! (Livingston/ Surrounding Area)

hello! as you may have noticed, the economy is out of control.
my options of owning a home in the area i desire, where i am close to my friends and family is getting more and more impossible.
i am a 30 year old carpenter, a hard worker, a musician and a writer.
i have a bachelors of science in geology.
