Smoking Club looking for clubhouse (Manchester)

Hello CT I run a cannabis social club called Cannacticut.
We’ve been around for 3yrs hosting events around the state and creating a community centered around cannabis.
As we’ve grown we’ve found need for a clubhouse to house our activities.
We’re looking for a standalone warehouse, studio, small home, with 1ba, and an understanding landlord to take a chance on us.
